One world one heart

I can't believe it has come around again so quickly. This year is the fifth and final year.

One World One Heart is a worldwide event for bloggers only. It gives all those who blog a chance to meet and mingle and form connections with those they may not have otherwise met from all over the world. In the past 4 years this event has grown to over 1,000 participants with lasting friendships (and even one love connection) formed along the way.  Think of it as a GIGANTIC open house allowing you to travel without ever leaving your home........going from blog to blog(in various countries) seeing the wonder each one has created and meeting all the fabulous people behind those blogs. As a bonus each blogger participant will offer up a "door prize or prizes"....just for dropping by, saying hello and seeing their world.  It's really that easy.

The details can be found here

This will be my third year of joining, who knows, maybe this year I will win something! lol It is lovely seeing all the blogs from around the world which you would never come across by just blog hopping. This post will stay at the top until 17th Feb when my 'winner' will be announced. I will add the picture of my gift as soon as I have sorted out what I will gift.

A cluster of cards!

I've been messing around with the Word thesaurus trying to find a collective word which would fit with cards and I liked cluster, it sound so muc nicer than bunch or group lol.

Who stole the weekend? One minute it was the middle of last week, now it's almost the middle of this week!!! My intention was to blog on Saturday and Sunday (and I have all the pictures on my desk top ready to upload) but the days disappeared and the pics are still on my desk top :)

The first three cards were made for hubby to take to assorted functions he was working at. The top card was made with an image and spotty paper from Craft The Year Away which can be found on the Funky Hand website. If you have already bought I'm sure you will love it as much as we do and if you haven't then you really must treat yourself, you don't know what you're missing!!!

Images and papers used are from
Pink Petticoat
Craftwork Cards
Stamps Away
Funky Hand
Penny Black

I must dash now as I'm still in my pjs and have to go to work shortly.

See you later xx

Love, Love, Love the new downloadable paper pack from Funky Hand and it is just lovely. If you haven't tried the Funky Hand kits before then you must try as they are great to work with and suitable for both male and female cards and any occasion.

All papers are from the Love, love, love paper kit and the added ribbon, gems etc are from my stock.

Anice is back on Create and Craft today and has two appearances at 10am and 2pm if you fancy taking a look.

DewDrop Crafts

Nikki has closed her shop, DewDrop Craftz, for a revamp but downloadable digi stamps are still available to buy. If you like something a little bit different then this is the place for you!

This little lady is actually a bride but I use her for all sorts lol She has to be one of my favourite images from DewDrop and is available here I'm not sure why I made a door hanger but it will be in the post this morning for a special little lady who just happens to be called Darcie :)

thanks for looking.

Craft The Year Away ...... the latest cd from Anice at Funky Hand which she premiered on Create and Craft on Sunday morning. I absolutely love the cd but have been  shrouded in secrecy until the release on Sunday. I thought I would show you what I came up with for the launch.

There are loads of yummy new papers on the cd along with digi stamps (which can be resized), the abily to layer images and text onto a sheet of the paper before you print it, word books using assorted coloured letters and fonts and loads more. I will definitely get a lot of use out of my copy. Anice is also adding more stuff to the web site including the ever popular Promarkers, buttons and ribbons.

Thanks for looking.
