Here is my efforts for Liz's February competition on Pink Petticoat's blog The prize is one of those yummy pink wire cake stands which I would really love to win as I've looked everywhere for them to no avail. I did find one on Amazon but it was £24.99........and I ain't paying that.
Liz has posted the instructions for these little gift pouches/sour cream containers on her blog and they are so simple to make. I decided that I would make mine for DH for Valentine's day and it just holds two Cadbury's Cream Eggs (his second love, after me of course LOL). I used the Love Text paper from the Him section of the Old Fashioned Girl download as it matches the card I made him a couple of weeks ago. I kept them both fairly simple so that they wouldn't take anything away from the lovely sentiments and image. I added an eyelet using my Cropodile and threaded the tag onto burgundy ribbon to pick out the burgundy in the paper.I hope Liz likes it.........DH certainly does :)
