Craftwork Cards sketch 4

Being a sucker for a sketch I had to do the next challenge from Craftwork Cards

I used a lemon aperture card from Craftwork Cards a few years ago (I keep finding them in my card drawer!) I also used free papers and butterfly sentiment which were free in various craft magazines and the gems and flowers are from my stash.
