Allsorts Challenge

Here is the challenge as set by the Allsorts Dt at the weekend.

I love July! It's warm, it's lazy, it's vacation. I love it!

So, for this week's challenge, show your love by having a heart on your project. And not a teeny, tiny piece in a corner, let the heart be the focus point. Let your love show!

and I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday

Image is a download from The Greeting Farm which I have coloured with Promarkers before I flooded the heart with glue and chucked on a load of Glamour Dust. The papers are from Stampin Up and Brenda Pinnick, the sentiment is from Daisy & Dandelion. Everything else is from my stash.

Take care :)

Anyone For Anya?

Sketch #2

Another lovely sketch from Dawn (and a chance to use my new Greeting Farm download) but this time I flipped it

Materials: papers K& Co Sparkly Sweet, GF download, ProMarkers, sa pearls and daisy ribbon from stash

Thanks for dropping by :)

Anyone For Anya?

The first sketch is up on the 'Anyone For Anya?' blog so I had to have another go :)

Anya stamp Greeting Farm, coloured with ProMarkers and paper pieced with MME papers, other papers-Bloom & Grow (MME),
butterfly sentiment-Craftwork Cards, flowers-Prima

I hope you're not sick of my Anya stamp yet ;) I do have an Ian too and have ordered another Anya so I will be able to vary my challenge stamps ever so slightly LOL

I can't believe that it's only a week since we came back from Cornwall, it feels like a really long time. I've had loads of work come in this week so that's probably why. If I go MIA you'll know why. I'm trying to knock the 18 hour days on the head but so far it's not working, I worked till 3.30 am on Monday!! I will still be slipping challenges in though as I still need to fill up my stock box and a shop.

Pretty in pink

Next up is the card I made for Dawny's sketch on the Papertake Weekly blog and the first challenge (So our challenge is Sugar & Spice & All Things Nice. You can use all of your girlie pretty things here, or perhaps you might want to use sugar and spice colours like some of the girls have done. Or you might have your own interpretation - it's entirely up to you.) on the Anyone For Anya? blog. I realise that I'm late posting this but I do have a valid explanation this time (see post below)

Paper - Nancy Watt (mag freebie), Greeting - Crate rub on, Glamour Dust, Flowers - made by me :)

Ribbon - Ribbon Oasis
