Free ribbon!

If you want to try to win yourself some free ribbon head over to Sarah's blog and enter.

Then when you've done that you should really visit Sarah's Facebook page, she sell the most scrummy lace and ribbons! I've had to get myself a bigger lace jar and every time I say 'that's it, no more' she brings out some more! Well, it's just polite to buy some rather than just look, don't you think? She does sell other craft stuff as well as ribbon and lace but I never seem to get past that bit lol

Back soon.

PS Tell Sarah that Jackie sent you ;)

Tight fit!!

I had another 'different' order to complete yesterday......

I had to add bows and pearls or diamantes to these tights for a beautiful little girl. It has made a lot of difference to otherwise plain tights and a big difference to making cards!

Wedding cards

More batch making cards after DH ran out again, I make him a few at a time and then forget about them instead of doing a couple a week. lol Anyway, here are the latest ones(sorry about the first picture - I think it was taken on my phone!)

I've used an assortment of paper, ribbon etc from my stock and would like to say a huge 'thank you' again to Liz from Pink Petticoat for making my life so much easier with her funky images!

I will be back this evening with the rest of the cards this week.
Thanks for looking.

Rosie Dee's reveal

Hi, I can't believe it's reveal time already. I was a very bad blogger last week as time just got the better of me. I've got quite a bit of wedding work in at the mo which has to take precedence over everything else. This weekend saw the wedding of a friend of mine and I was decorating the venue for the happy couple...it was a case of out early on Saturday, we stayed over on Saturday evening, got back yesterday and straight into work as I had a couple coming to collect the last of their order and it wasn't quite finished. I just dumped my boxes and now have them all to sort and put away :)

So onto the challenge... the subject is Think Spring
I had a commissioned exploding box to make for an 80th birthday so decided to use the challenge to make it as the remit was daffodils, blue and not fussy.

I hope you like it, my customer certainly did :)
You still have time to join in with the challenge and if you do, don't forget to tell us so we can take a peek at your work.

Be My...........

Valentine! I'm only joking unless you are tall, dark, handsome and loaded ;)

I've made a couple more quick cards but am not really happy with them! What do you think?
The striped papers used are from Pink Petticoat as is the love bird image, the clown image is from a rubber stamp from Sally-Ann from when she used to sell stamps on Ebay and everything else is from my stash.
Off to make tea now but I will be back at my desk a little later as I need to make a couple of 'male' Valentine cards (not made hubbies yet either!) and they are being delivered tomorrow.
