Here you are Mrs B...........just to prove that I haven't been sat on my hands all week!! ;))
A 2 Sketches template from last week (I couldn't show it before as the recipient reads my blog).

I just pulled the petals between my thumb and forefinger to bend them up slightly before fastening it down with a large brad. The sentiment is a rub on by MSE. The card was collected this morning and the customer was really pleased with it :)
This next card is the design DD1 and I came up with for her wedding invitations. I said I would make her a sample (as I do with all 'my couples') so she decided that, as a joke, she would like it making into an invitation to invite her fiance to the wedding LOL I made the card yesterday afternoon and DD2 took it round last night. What I hadn't told her was that I had also put a reply card in it for Lee to answer her. She opened the envelope to have a look before she gave it to him and promptly dropped the reply card in her dinner, so now it has gravy marks on the edges of it!!! I might just go all round the edges with a walnut stain ink :)
I forgot to add that Lee filled in the reply card and he IS coming :)) The large heart was cut using two different sized Sizzix hearts, the small heart is a Bosscut die and the sentiment label was done on the lap top.
Finally another couple of things I managed to knock up (not in the American sense of the word you understand.....on this side of the water it means to throw together :)) yesterday

I am still trying to sort out my craft room but am doing an hour or so a day as it is such a mammoth task. I'm moving, relabelling etc. It will be worth it in the end, it just takes a blooming long time.
This morning I thought I would clean the fridge and do some ironing, (serious stuff) so I am already seriously behind with the challenges I want to do but I intend to catch up over the weekend. My first job tomorrow though is to make a card for a 9 year old boy, not one of my favourite categories to make for as I always find little boy cards a struggle unless they are into something like Thomas. He is into trains but I think that Thomas might be a bit too babyish for a nine year old. I'm sure I'll come up with something.
I will hopefully be back tomorrow evening with something to show. Take care and enjoy your weekend. TFL. xx
