For Kathy!!

Here you are Mrs B...........just to prove that I haven't been sat on my hands all week!! ;))
A 2 Sketches template from last week (I couldn't show it before as the recipient reads my blog).

Stamp is an Imaginisce Snag Em stamp coloured with Promarkers and the paper is Pink Petticoat.

Another of Peet's lovely sketches
The papers on this card are Twirl by Crate Paper using both sides, the large letters were cut on the Robo and the flowers were bought at a craft fayre,

I just pulled the petals between my thumb and forefinger to bend them up slightly before fastening it down with a large brad. The sentiment is a rub on by MSE. The card was collected this morning and the customer was really pleased with it :)

This next card is the design DD1 and I came up with for her wedding invitations. I said I would make her a sample (as I do with all 'my couples') so she decided that, as a joke, she would like it making into an invitation to invite her fiance to the wedding LOL I made the card yesterday afternoon and DD2 took it round last night. What I hadn't told her was that I had also put a reply card in it for Lee to answer her. She opened the envelope to have a look before she gave it to him and promptly dropped the reply card in her dinner, so now it has gravy marks on the edges of it!!! I might just go all round the edges with a walnut stain ink :)

I forgot to add that Lee filled in the reply card and he IS coming :)) The large heart was cut using two different sized Sizzix hearts, the small heart is a Bosscut die and the sentiment label was done on the lap top.

Finally another couple of things I managed to knock up (not in the American sense of the word you understand.....on this side of the water it means to throw together :)) yesterday

Some friends of ours have a town centre shop and are in the process of turning a small section of it over to weddings. They asked me if I would like to do them some stuff for the table and the shop window etc and they wanted a red colour scheme. This is what I came up with.

I am still trying to sort out my craft room but am doing an hour or so a day as it is such a mammoth task. I'm moving, relabelling etc. It will be worth it in the end, it just takes a blooming long time.

This morning I thought I would clean the fridge and do some ironing, (serious stuff) so I am already seriously behind with the challenges I want to do but I intend to catch up over the weekend. My first job tomorrow though is to make a card for a 9 year old boy, not one of my favourite categories to make for as I always find little boy cards a struggle unless they are into something like Thomas. He is into trains but I think that Thomas might be a bit too babyish for a nine year old. I'm sure I'll come up with something.

I will hopefully be back tomorrow evening with something to show. Take care and enjoy your weekend. TFL. xx

Everytime I visit your blog, I sit here with my mouth wide open and my head in my hands.....how do you manage to do so much Jackie? I'm hopeless, think I need one big kick up the backside!

Wonderful work as usual.....think I need a lie down now as it's made me feel tired just looking at it!
